Your search is some of the most sensitive data you have. We take security and privacy seriously.

End-to-End Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your resume, applications, and search data are protected with bank-level encryption.

OAuth Only, No Passwords

If you connect email, we never ask for your password. Authentication happens through Google OAuth, so you maintain full control and can revoke access instantly.

SOC 2 Type II Compliant

We follow industry-standard security practices and are SOC 2 Type II compliant. Regular third-party audits ensure we meet the highest standards.

Minimal Data Collection

Email is optional, and if you connect it we only read messages related to your search. Personal emails, banking emails, and other unrelated content are never processed or stored.
